NVCC fails to compile when additional static arrays are incorporated into the cuda code

I compile my cuda code with -o flag example : nvcc -o v4file0 Test.cu and it works perfectly fine
But, inside the Test.cu when i add more static arrays the compilation fails with:

I generally use -mcmodel=medium flag when compiling with icc on a HPC server but i dont know the equivalent with nvcc.
