nvcsi deskew calibration

Hi All,

We are trying to develop a driver code for sensor. Our data lane speed is below 1.5 Gbps. According to DPHY specification, the deskew calibration is optional if the DPHY lane is below 1.5 Gbps.

Whether NVCSI controller will disable the deskew calibration internally or should we disable it manually.
