NVDEC Supports HEVC Tiles?

Hi,
I am working on a video streaming application, which requires recoding and encoding the video on server that has GPU : Quadro P5000. We need to decode HEVC video streams encoded with “tiles”.
Can somebody tell me if NVDEC supports decoding of “tiled HEVC” video streams.
