NVDIA DP causing screen lag. Where HDMI is fine

When using any Nvidia driver on my system where that be beta or the latest release. Using DisplayPort causing screne lag almost like the refresh rate is 5hz. Where as using HDMI doesnt cause this issue. I have tried using a the latest LTS kernel and the LTS release before that and still the same issue. Currently I am running version kernel v5.10.16 and driver version 460.39-1 and the issue persists.

Here is a outline of how the issue works when I have 2 display connected
DP + DP = Both lag
DP + HDMI = HDMI smooth, DP lag
1 DP = Smooth

Do the DP screens still lag if you set powermizer to “max performance” in nvidia-settings?

Sadly yes the issue still occurs
