Nvidea board hangs when reading from usb camera

I am using arducam ar0234 usb camera for my jetson nano development board, as soon as i run command to read video frame from usb camera camera feed runs normally with normal fps but whole system slows down, not able to use mouse and keyboard

Which JetPack SW you used?
Can you use the Tegrastate to check the system status?

i am using jetpack version of 4.6.4
tegrastats gives following output
