Try kernel parameter
acpi_osi=! acpi_osi=“Windows 2009”

Yep, it’s working as solution - at least system not crashing anymore.
but how this parameters will influence to system ?
And if I need to write acpi_osi=“Windows 2009” at linux - it’s definitely software bug from nvidia ?

Unfortunately it’s not a driver bug but a kernel problem:

Reason unknown, the parameter is a workaround for most affected hardware.
