Hello,
I’m currently in the interview process with NVIDIA and I’m unable to access my original NVIDIA Candidate Home account.
I have always accessed Candidate Home using Sign in with Google. Since Friday, August 21, Google authentication has been failing.
Initially, after completing the Google authentication, Workday redirected me to an identity callback page with the following error:
“Invalid user name or password, please try again. Note: Multiple attempts can lead to account lockout.”
More recently, Google Sign-In redirects me to:
/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite/sso/error
with the message:
“The page you are looking for doesn’t exist.”
I have already tested the following:
- Chrome in normal and Incognito mode
- A different browser
- A different device
- My mobile phone using cellular data instead of my home network
- Accessing the NVIDIA Workday Candidate Home directly
The same SSO issue continues.
There is also another unusual behavior. If I select Sign in with email and use the same email address, I can access a Candidate Home account, but my existing application and pending interview task are not there. This makes it appear that the Google SSO profile and the email/password profile may be associated with different candidate profiles.
This is time-sensitive because I currently have a pending interview availability request that I’m unable to submit through Candidate Home.
I have already contacted my recruiter directly and provided my availability by email so that the interview process is not delayed.
Could someone from the appropriate NVIDIA Careers/HR or Workday support team please investigate the Google SSO and Candidate Home account association?
I can provide my email address, job requisition number, screenshots, and any additional account information privately if needed.
Thank you.
