Nvidia DALI numpy array input

Hi,
I have been trying to use some of the function of NVIDIA DALI in my inference pipeline. But i am unable to find the use of numpy array or cv2 as an input to the data processing pipeline. In DALI, the examples i mostly find are reading from a folder. Can you please help me with a example implementation?
I see that DALI is intended for data pre-processing & data pipelines but are there applications to use it in an inference pipeline?
