NVIDIA DGX Display show N/A

Hi, my DGX output card shows N/A status and when connecting to the screen it doesn’t show but I can still connect ssh to the server and the A100s are still working properly. Hope to get help from everyone, thanks!

Hi @nguyentrongnhat4869 , this sounds like an ideal thing for NVIDIA Enterprise Support to help debug. Can you follow the instructions in This Post, and make a support request?

(You also didn’t mention which DGX this is - I assume DGX Station A100?)
