First of all, I apologize if this is not the correct place to post this.
Due to a server error, I am no longer able to access Nvidia DLI using my academic email address. When attempting to log in, I receive the following message:
“Your account has been disabled.”
Could someone from Nvidia please assist me in resolving this issue by reactivating my account?
I can provide my academic email address via private message if needed. I have already sent an email to dli-help@nvidia.com, but I would appreciate a quicker response if possible, as I have a deadline to complete the course.
