Nvidia DLI disabled for the second time

Dear Team,

I’m writing to request assistance with my DLI account, which has been disabled for the second time. I made sure to shut down the lab environment after completing my last course, so I’m unsure why this has happened.

Could you please re-enable my account at your earliest convenience? The interruption is affecting my learning progress and access to course materials.

It looks like you have six different accounts under your name. You will need to open a case with DLI to get this sorted out.

Yes Sir, Apologies for the 6 different accounts. It was the reason why i had to create different accounts as i didn’t remember the email alias. Last time i wanted them to be deleted as well.
