The Nvidia graphics card drivers I am aware of have endless capabilities and things that can be changed. I want to be able to experiment and control power management , GPU behaviors, etc. I want to be able to share my findings and encourage testing but I am concerned about the legality in doing so. I am curious about the legality of using process explorer and other tools to find Nvidia driver settings and values. I would like to hear about all the available resources I can use for Nvidia management and driver learning. I have asked this question in some other Nvidia forums with no clear answer whether this is legal or not. I am aware not all Nvidia driver settings are documented.
