Nvidia-drm kernel driver bug with kwin_wayland_drm on Fedora 42 KDE

When waking up from suspension (sleep), sometimes the monitors won’t go live. Current work around is to spam switching between tty’s to force wayland to reinitialize. nvidia-suspend and nvidia-resume are both enabled.

Checking journalctl told me to report the following files.

Attached are the output of sudo dmesg and journalctl --user-unit plasma-kwin_wayland --boot 0

dmesg.log (115.5 KB)

journalctl_wayland.log (37.8 KB)
