Nvidia GeForce GTX 280 Problem

I have recenlty purchased a new pc with a Geforce GTX 280 graphics card inside, i purchased crysis over the weekend and seem to have the problem were the computer reboots itself when entering the main menu, or when im just watching the intro cutcene.

I have also used 3dmark06 to test the pc, and the same reboot problem occured when it got to the graphics test.

Here is my full system spec

Processor - Intel® Core™2 Quad CPU Q9400 @2.66GHz 2.63GHz
Memory (RAM) - 8.00GB
System Type - 64bit operating system Vista
Graphics Card - Nvidia Geforce GTX 280 1024MB

any1 else experienced this and if so is there a fix, or is it time to send it back to manufactures :(
