NVIDIA H.264 and HEVC MFT don't expose AVEncMPVDefaultBPictureCount

I noticed that NVIDIA Media Foundation Transform for H.264 and HEVC don’t expose AVEncMPVDefaultBPictureCount property on Windows 10 (checked by using RTX2080 and RTX3060).

Is it bug or intentional behavior? As far as I understand, the property is required for setting B-frames to be encoded.

B-frames is not supported in MFT encode interface. This is an expected behavior and is not a bug.
