Nvidia Jetson agx xavier 8GB

This is overall power consumption criterial for my board .its around 5107mW

Hi, the sum of values of 0x40 and 0x41 monitors are the total power consumption of module. If the system (module + carrier) power is higher than module power, you should check the carrier power consumption.

I have one doubt about this doc under 8 GB module power budget is 15 W for 10W mode why its like this?

KINDLY clear the doubt about jetson agx 8gb 10w mode shown power budget 15W why its like this in 10W mode

We already replied that the 10W indicates the module power… but not carrier board …

Is there any problem in understanding what we are talking about here?

Hi Wayne,

In the above link provided by you (“NVPModel clock configuration for Jetson AGX Xavier 8GB” table) , power budget is shown 15W for 10W mode, but in other tables 10W mode budget is 10W, can you give explaination for the extra 5W in our module ( Jetson AGX Xavier 8GB)?

I’ve observed that all 6 rails overall power budget is 5W (jetson module) and carrier board power budget is 15W, overall power is ~20W.

Why 15W is mentioned in document for 10W mode in jetson module?
Is it any typo error in document?

I’ve attached photo for your reference.

FYI, we are using Jetson AGX Xavier 8GB.
Thanks.

It looks like a typo. Let me ask the team to update.
