Good day everyone!

I have followed the tutorial exactly as in Nvidia Getting Started page.
1- Flashing memory card using Etcher
2- insert it
3- power up JN and connect usb from JN to Laptop

Therefore the JN should be detected as even at least “Unknown Device”, but nothing appear

I have tried the monitor as well using HDMI to see if any changes, and still the same problem.

Anyone who can advise on this? Did I miss anything during set-up?

Did you download the right image https://developer.nvidia.com/embedded/downloads#?tx=$product,jetson_nano

If you used the right image, can you try another SD card?
