Nvidia jetson nano freezes at nvidia logo screen?

sometimes, my jetson nano 4gb module freezes at nvidia screen, requires 4 to 5 reboots, today while I started jetson nano, it freezed again, as usual I tried several reboots, didn’t work, pulled off ethernet cable and then I started and it is working, now, what could be the actual issue, how can I resolve it completely?

when I tried to connect using usb cable it started to boot as usual, then I switched off and used adapter to turn on its working again, this is usual for me everytime, how do I get rid off it completely

This is the next day, and I started as usual with adaptor it freezes at nvidia screen, and as you suggested yesterday tried to boot with usb power and it did boot, then I power off the jetson nano and tried using power adaptor it is working now, what might be the real issue, behind, But anyhow I am glad that I found a way to sneak into the nano board, But looking for permanent solution,

Is this sdcard module or emmc module?

Have you flashed your board with sdkmanager?

I am not sure what sdk manager is, but I flashed using balena etcher

Then it is time to learn how to use sdkmanager… balena etcher is not really flashing anything to the board …

Please get one ubuntu 18.04 x86 pc and install sdkmanager on it.

How do I flash my sd card, so that it boots everytime, now while I connected usb for sdk, it booted and now it is fine, but It is not consistent, please do help me with this,

  1. Actually I feel it could be some hardware problem in sd. Please try other sdcard too. Also, flashing with sdkmanager is basically same as factory reset. That is why I asked you to try that… If even sdkmanager cannot bring this back, then this device (jetson nano) could be broken… maybe require RMA.

  2. I am not sure why booting from usb will have inconsistent result. It would be better to always share log.

how should I proceed ahead with RMA? because I have installed and uninstall the whole operating system more than 5 times as of now, and my work is not getting completed, again if I flash the sd card using balena etcher its going to work for next 4 to 5 days and same results are about to come

What is the jetpack release you are using on your sdcard?

Also, your latest comment makes me feel this does not need RMA. Did you ever try other sdcards?
