My name is Gonçalo, and I am a member of Técnico Fuel Cell (TFC). I am reaching out to introduce our project.
TFC is a nonprofit student organization from Instituto Superior Técnico and the first team in Portugal to develop urban prototypes powered by hydrogen, competing at an international level.
In March of this year, we had the honor of presenting our first prototype, and in May, we competed with it in the Shell Eco-marathon – one of the largest engineering student competitions in the world, held in Nogaro, France.
Following our achievements, we are now focused on preparing our next vehicle for the 2025 competition, which will take place in Poland. There, we will represent Portugal abroad in the field of hydrogen vehicle development for the third consecutive year.
In 2025, we will compete in a second category focused on autonomous systems. For this, one of our prototypes will be designed to move independently, without the need for a driver. This achievement will be a significant advancement for us and for sustainable mobility in Portugal, using products such as the Jetson AGX Orin Developer Kit or the Jetson Orin Nano Developer Kit.
It would be an honor to have NVIDIA’s support by providing us with one of these items. As mentioned before, this support would be crucial for the success and progress of our project, and we firmly believe that NVIDIA would be the ideal partner for our team.
