I’m writing an application that needs the run-time dlls for it to work. Can I ship the runtime dll with my application ?

yes, you can. I believe this was clarified in the 2.1 license.

Thank you. I was reading the EULA that came with the installation which is located in the DOC directory of the CUDA Toolkit installation directory. This EULA.txt was not updated. ButI found the updated EULA on the NVIDIA website.
