NVIDIA Licensing Center - Unregister LicenseServer?

Hello,

Hope someone can help out

Our NVIDIA License server moved hosts not too long ago and as a result the licneses stopped being distributed because the MAC address of the machine changed.

In an attempt to solve this I registered a new licence server within the NVIDIA Software licensing center with the new correct MAC, but there doesn’t seem to eb a way to move the licenses across to the new server?

Ive tried removing the addon from the original but now its just stuck in a ‘Copies decreasing’ state.

any ideas? completely stuck

Support case?

You simply need to download an empty licfile after removing the addons. This is flexera logic :) Afterwards you can add the lics to the new MAC address.
