Hello! I’m currently using the NIM for DiffDock to test various SMILES with a protein. I can generate the json file, but when I try to dump the output using the url “https://health.api.nvidia.com/v1/biology/mit/diffdock” and the correct headings, I get this error:
Failed for ligand CCO with status 422: {“type”:“urn:inference-service:problem-details:unprocessable-entity”,“title”:“Unprocessable Entity”,“status”:422,“detail”:“Inference error”}
Is there a way to tell what the base model is expecting or why it’s failing? I’ve checked the contents of my json file and it looks correct.
