Nvidia Powerd is broken on AMD 7845HX/7945HX CPU

Hello there i have an Alienware M16 R1 AMD notebook and im having problems when Nvidia Dynamic Boost is enabled. Problem is my cpu having power starvation once GPU is consumed %100. If i create a artificial cpu bottleneck, CPU power returns back to normal. Let me show it to you. If i move screen cpu power is normal at 61 Watts and GPU usage is %98 . But if i stay static which causes Gpu load to get %99-100 my cpu powers drop insanely and cpu gets power starved. Its a wild guess but its possibly broken dynamic boost because of missing cpu power report mechanism of AMD Dragon Range CPU on linux. But if its a dynamic boost bug i hope nvidia fixes this. I need fast help on this thanks. Dell thinking to change my motherboard because of this, but im almost sure its a software problem.

Hello no one around? If you need more logs from my device please help me getting them. There are some logs i found on my system. They should shed some light on the error.

Ok problem solved, It wasnt the nvidia-powerd broken it was amd-pstate is not controllable by nvidia-powerd on active and passive mode. Setting amd-pstate to guided mode fixed the problem for good. Topic may have removed. Thanks.
