Nvidia Profile for each Monitor?

Hello Community,

I have 4 Monitors one of them is a TV-Screen where I like to use Nativ “V-Sync” @60hz. It Works Flawless with Frame Generation and DLSS 3.5, I just have to force it from the Controll pannel. (Controller Gameplay)

But on my main Monitor I don’t like it to use “V-Sync”. I play Nativ / DLSS @ 390hz; so I turn it off in the control panel.

The qestion / mention / new feature:
All monitor shuld have same profile but if u eneable (new Feature) swap to other profile; IF u choos a difrernt monitor as a Main screen:

Steam → Bigpicture (swaps to my TV) → Game → Enjoy

I’m looking forward to your answer,

Best regards,

Sankiri

Hi @egoguitar and welcome to the NVIDIA developer forums.

VSYNC settings are GPU settings and as such depend either on global settings or on per app settings. That is also why most games include that setting in their Graphics setup.

If I understand you correctly you would like the CPU to automatically switch profiles depending on which monitor or TV is connected? I am not sure it is possible to keep that as persistent settings, since much of that is out of the control of the graphics driver but rather in the hands of the Window management system. But I can pass the feature suggestion on to our development team.

Thanks!
