Nvidia Shield control over IP

My question is about how I can control an Nvidia Shield over IP to control it with the Crestron home automation system. Is it possible?

We need to control it as with its command (with the exception of voice control).

For this we need to know how to connect with it (Port and access credentials, if you have them) and a list of IP commands to send.

You cannot use NVWMI to gain access and control over NVIDIA Shield.
