[NVIDIA Sizing LLM Inference Systems] Request for additional lab hours

Dear NVIDIA Moderators,

I was going through the NVIDIA Sizing LLM Inference Systems notebooks but due to my carelessness, I forgot to stop the instance, and have thus burnt up / spent my 6 hours of provided compute hours.

Could I seek your kind consideration to grant another 6 hours of compute so that I can finish the course materials?

Hi @cqyyong,

Thanks for reaching out! However, this forum is dedicated to TensorRT technical issues, so we won’t be able to assist with DLI lab hour requests here.

To get your compute hours restored, please reach out to the NVIDIA DLI Support team directly through one of the following:

  1. Open a support case here: NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute (DLI) Support
  2. Or email: NVDLI@nvidia.com

When submitting your request, make sure to include the course name (“Sizing LLM Inference Systems”) and use the same email address your DLI account is registered with.

For reference, here’s the DLI FAQ page which may also be helpful: Deep Learning Institute (DLI) Course FAQs | NVIDIA

The DLI team handles these requests and should be able to help you out. Good luck with the rest of the course!
