Nvidia-smi not working: no devices found

I have GeForce GTX 1650 Ti, but nvidia-smi says, no devices found.

I have tried with both open and non-open drivers 525,530 from additional drivers, but nothing works.

Please switch to the non “-open” driver and create a new nvidia-bug-report.log

This one is for “Using NVIDIA driver metapackage from nvidia-driver-515(proprietary)”.

This one is for “Using NVIDIA driver metapackage from nvidia-driver-525(proprietary)".

This one worked with command nvidia-smi. But came with another issue that brightness slide bar is not working and brightness is always at max, no matter how much i try with keyboard shortcut or slide bar.
