I have tried everything, but still cant seem to get the Titan V to perform well on folding@home. I currently have it on Ubuntu 16.04 but have tried it on Mint and Windows as well.
I was told by support to contact here to see if this card is even compatible with the FAH software yet. Please advise and thanks
F@H works with a whitelist of known GPUs (gpus.txt). It is possible that nobody has submitted the necessary information for Titan V to the F@H maintainers yet. As far as I recall, there is a long-running relevant thread on the F@H forums, but I can’t find it right now.
I don’t see a thread for the Titan V there, so it seems that nobody has posted the relevant information yet. Seems at minimum they need the output from fahclient --lspci and fahclient log output. Check existing threads in that sub-forum for other information the F@H team may need.
