On pressing the power button the TK1 Power LED switches on momentarily and switches off again. Same with the fan - switches on momentarily and quickly switches off. We have tried to diagnose the issue and tried to find any faulty components but nothing has turned up so far. What could be the issue ?
Is there anything connected to the Jetson other than keyboard/mouse/monitor/ethernet? I’d start by cutting down to a bare minimum of what you need to boot (you could even leave everything disconnected except serial console or ethernet). I’d also try an externally powered USB HUB, and look for bent pins on any connector. Check the voltage on the power adapter. If there is nothing obvious then it may need RMA.
