NVIDIA TX1 SOM Operating Voltage

Hi, reading the SOM spec it indicates the maximum voltage is 19V. Is this the absolute maximum? We would like to run the SOM from USB C which supports up to 20V.

The VDD_IN supply to 3V/5V regulator TPS54335DRCT and high side MOS of VDD_CPU/GPU on TX1 module.
The input for TPS54335DRCT is 4.5v to 28v, Max voltage on MOS is 30v.
So the absolute maximum VDD_IN should be 28v for TX1 mudule

In JTX1 OEM Product DesignGuide, The VDD_IN is 5.5v to 19.6v with ±5% tolerance.
So,I think 20V should be safe.
