It seems this is related to the topic 188659:

I have a .onnx model in NCHW format. But when I use it with DeepStream or try to convert it manually withtrtexec, I’m getting an out of range error. You should be able to get an NCHW format model now.
Please wait for our Deepstream SDK 6.0 to enable the solution.
