NvMediaEncodeInitializeParamsH265::level recommends using NVMEDIA_ENCODE_LEVEL_AUTOSELECT.
However, what are other valid leve values? NvMediaEncodeLevel only has explicit levels for H264.

It is always recommended/expected the application to use NVMEDIA_ENCODE_LEVEL_AUTOSELECT. We will add information about the h265 levels to documentation. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
