NVOF plugin on Jetson Orin Nano Developer Kit

I am using the Jetson Orin Nano Developer kit. Even though the nvof plugin page says Orin generation supports nvof plugin I am getting the following error. Is there a way to run optical flow in this board

The DeepStream 6.2 document never mentioned gst-nvof supports Orin Nano. Gst-nvof — DeepStream 6.2 Release documentation.

Can you try DeepStream6.3 + JetPack5.1.2?

The plugin works on DeepStream6.3 + JetPack5.1.2.
