NVOnline password expiration system is broken for me

Not sure where to post this, so I’m sending it to the channel where most of my assets come from.

For the past ten days in a row, I’ve gotten a daily email telling me that my NVOnline password will expire and providing a link to change it and a link for PIDSupport.

The link to change it asks for security information that I do not have and then email to PIDSupport (PIDSupport@exchange.nvidia.com) has not been responded to after sending 3-4 messages, so it seems to be not attended.

Furthermore, when I try to change my password after logging onto my account, it tells me that my original password is incorrect. The same password that I just used to log into the account in the first place. So either there is a special character in my password that it cannot handle or else the backend database has gotten confused.

This is the last you’ll hear from me on this channel after three days from now unless something can be done to fix this. Otherwise, I guess I’ll sign up for a new account once my password expires.

I am not sure what is going on with your account. I have forwarded this to the team that manages the authentication platform. Hopefully, they can resolve the issue for you.

It finally timed out. At that point, I was able to request a password reset and it gave me a security code to use and I could reset it.
