Nvphs fails for no clear reason, making cameras unavailable

We are running a gstreamer pipeline based on nvarguscamerasrc.

Periodically, we see the nvphs service failing, which leads to camera instability. If it’s not running when our service starts up, then cameras are not available at all.

We can’t figure out what’s causing to crash, just that it is reporting a watchdog timeout.
