xrandr rotates a 1920 * 1080 monitor horizontally or vertically.

I’ve downgraded my Chrome version and it’s an issue.
GIF images and YouTube playback were not rendered while xrandr was running.

I noticed that resizing the Chrome browser would normally render
  It is not a solution.

We use a lot of GPUs.

Can you help me?
