Hello everyone!
I have a Dell D630 and an nvs 135m. Using Windows Xp and the manually hacked driver proposed in the sticky I can not run any of the provided, pre-compiled samples. Later I also reinstalled SDK, Toolkit and put new version drivers recently provided by DELL (174.31), but it didn’t help at all. I get the following exception:
First-chance exception at 0x00576561 in template.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation writing location 0xfeef056a.
First-chance exception at 0x7c812a5b in template.exe: Microsoft C++ exception: cudaError at memory location 0x0012fcc0…
I have 2 gigs of RAM and as far as I know this card has 128MB RAM and may be an extra 128MB of shared (in system memory). (Windows shows 256MB) May be a solution would be to disable the system memory side? But how?
Does anyone have similar problems, or does somebody know how to solve this?
Thanks,
Peter
