Nvsipl_camera device block deserializer error

We are using DriveOS 6.0.9 with a Drive Orin compute. One of our cameras recently stopped responding, and when trying to test it using the nvsipl_camera tool we see the following error:

nvsipl_camera: ERROR: DeviceBlock: 0, NOTIF_ERROR_DESERIALIZER_FAILURE
DeviceBlock[0] Deserializer Remote Error.
nvsipl_camera: ERROR: DeviceBlock: 0, Deserializer link error. mask: 1

Does this indicate a hardware failure on the camera, or a potential issue with our OS or compute?

I assume it was working well earlier. Check if there is any loose connection with camera. Also, see if restarting target helps to fix. It looks like HW issue. If it a system state issue, it can be fixed by reflashing. Please check if reflashing fixed to confirm if it is SW issue.
