Nvv4l2decoder plugin is not shutting down cleanly and leaking memory

Hi,
We try the command for overweekend and it can pass:

$ /usr/bin/nvgstplayer-1.0 --uri rtsp://10.19.107.92:8554/test --window-x=0 --window-y=0 --window-width=1920 --window-height=1080 --svs="fakesink" --loop-forever

The RTSP server is launched by running test-launch, following steps in Jetson Nano FAQ

No significant leak is obsered:
