We connected a USB camera. Sometimes video0 cannot be recognized after booting up, but it can be recognized after the system reboots. The following is the connection diagram of the USB. What might be the problem?

If it happens on the custom board, we suggest do compliance test to ensure the signal quality is good. Please go to download center to get the tuning guide:

A quick fix is to power off/on the USB ports. Please take a look at
