how do I build this example?
Those projects are not maintained anymore. If you are familiar with building OpenCL projects on Visual Studio, it should be possible to take the source and header files from that project, and start your own new OpenCL project in VS, and add those files to build the example.
I am not familiar, I am learning. It appeared that nVidia would help with that learning. I was wrong.
