Hi, I just installed omniverse on gcp VM and tried to launch audio2face, and the it crashed. Here’s crash log :

I got same issue when trying to launch omniverse code.

Hello @ethanwu! I think the reason is because your using a Tesla T4 GPU. Here is a link to our * Technical Requirements. If you could attach a copy of your logs from both A2F and Code found here:

  • C:\Users\<USERNAME>\.nvidia-omniverse\logs\Kit\Audio2Face
  • C:\Users\<USERNAME>\.nvidia-omniverse\logs\Kit\Code

I’m using ubuntu 20.04, so I found the logs in :

  • ~/.local/share/ov/data/Kit/Code/2022.3 : Code.log (2.7 KB)
  • ~/.local/share/ov/data/Kit/Audio2Face/2022.2 : A2F.log (2.7 KB)

By the way, I recreate a VM with same GPU but higher disk space (600GB) and the APPs can be used normally. Will that be a huge problem if I keep using this GPU? Because currently I don’t have a RTX one.
