Omniverse Launcher Ubuntu 18.04 - Create App won't open

I’ve just ran the “omniverse-launcher-linux.AppImage” downloaded 05/06/2021.

My systems is Ubuntu 18.04 LTS running on:
Intel® Core™ i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHz × 8
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti/PCIe/SSE2
1TB Nvme

CUDA:
nvcc: NVIDIA (R) Cuda compiler driver
Copyright (c) 2005-2019 NVIDIA Corporation
Built on Wed_Oct_23_19:24:38_PDT_2019
Cuda compilation tools, release 10.2, V10.2.89
Driver Version: 465.27

I’ve installed the Cache app through the launcher, version: 2.2.0
I’ve installed the Create app through the launcher, version: 2021.1.1

When I try to launch Create, it starts opening, shows the splash screen, and immediately closes. When I try to launch Cache settings it goes to browser trying to open http://localhost:3080/cache, but it can’t connect, seems whatever server it needs to connect to is not running.

I am new to Omniverse, can someone point me towards what I may be missing from basic installation/pre-requisites?

Thank you.
