Only 30 fps with GTX 950 on Philips PHL 288P6L using NVidia driver 365.57

I’m running Fedora 24, with a GTX 950 card and the above driver/monitor; I’m using the DisplayPort connection, set to version 1.2, but still the monitor gets only 30 fps.
The NVIDIA X Server Settings doesn’t offer more than 30 fps either.
I attach the nvidia-bug-report and the edid.bin file (through Dropbox).
What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for your help.

Delete this section from xorg.conf then restart X

Section "Files"
    FontPath "/usr/share/fonts/default/Type1"
EndSection

Did you disable Sync to V-blank ?

nvidia-settings -a SyncToVBlank=0

Strangely, I noticed later that the DisplayPort version got reset to 1.1.
When I set it to 1.2 again, and restarted X again, then the 60 fps was there.
Quite strange, but the problem is gone!

Now I’m just struggling with font sizes, but that’s an entirely different subject.
