Only Seeing ttyACM0 when connected to type-C

I’m trying to flash DRIVE OS to a new Orin with SDKManager
When plugging just the front USB-C to my laptop only /dev/ttyACM0 appears and SDKManager demands to see /dev/ttyACM1.
It appears when plugging the micro-usb port to the laptop but fails flashing. If only the micro-usb port is plugged SDKManager doesn’t see the unit when choosing what to install.
Is there an obvious mistake I’m making?

Are you using DRIVE Orin platform?

The Unit I have is Jetson AGX Orin.
Is it incompatible with DRIVE OS?

Drive OS is for other platform… not for AGX Orin.
