Neither NVIDIA Setting control panel nor command line nvidia-settings allow me to change anything for my 4090.
My drivers are the latest and correctly installed.
My 4090 works for torch/cuda but is significantly slower than what other people report when running Stable Diffusion. I suspect power throttling is set but I can neither query nor set ANYTHING. My 4090 is ONLY used for processing and not for graphics so NOTHING should be getting in the way.
