Open Vision Computer (TX2 + FPGA + IMU + Cameras)

This might not be directly relevant to this forum, so I’m happy to take this down if the moderators wish. But I believe this may be of interest to many folks here, specially those interested in computer vision / robotics and the Jetson devices.

This is an open-source project mainly focused on mobile robots (UAVs). The core compute unit is an NVIDIA TX2, but there’s an FPGA + synchronized IMU + stereo cameras too. This work was a collaboration between Open Source Robotics Foundation (Morgan Quigley) and our laboratory at UPenn. There’s a repository with all necessary software and hardware details if you wish to make one of these yourself.
