OpenCL access?

Hi,

I’ve been very rudely refused a valid request for access to OpenCL programmer resources by Nvidia’s worst asset, Donna Squires. My employer wants me to program OpenCL applications on Nvidia hardware starting in April, but that doesn’t seem to suit Ms. Squires. As there doesn’t seem to be anyone else at Nvidia to talk to about this, what the h*ll do I do now?

What resources are you requesting? Everything you need can be found at http://developer.nvidia.com/object/cuda_3_2_downloads.html.

OpenCL v1.1 pre-release drivers and code samples.

Download seems to require Developer registration (refused).

registration takes only couple of minutes…

However, all you need to get is CUDA toolkit (free to download), the OpenCL libs and compiler is included.

I really didn’t think that was the case, but you’re right. The OpenCL stuff comes with the latest CUDA toolkit and drivers.

That’s great news, as now I can tell Donna Squires to go back where she belongs!

Thanks Martin and karbous.
