I have a hikvision web camera,I use the tx2 receive the video from that camera,and I use this line “cap.open(“rtspsrc location="rtsp://user:password@IP/h.264/ch1/main/av_stream"latency=10 ! rtph264depay ! h264parse ! omxh264dec ! videoconvert ! appsink sync=false”);”,when it runs,it shows “videoio error: V4L device rtspsrc” ,but it also works in the most of time ,but some time it doesn’t work and the window change to black and stop work,so what’s the problem is it? It looks to be instability of the webcam. Please share the ID. Other users may have experience of using it.
