Operating at -25 Celsius about Orin Nano?

I have already checked the Orin Nano module datasheet and I have two questions below.

Q1
I would like to know if it is correct to understand that -25 Celsius specification about the Operating Temperature for Orin Nano also allows for cold start.
So, you can guarantee that Orin Nano can work at -25 Celsius(Tj). Is it right?
There is no information about the above so, I would like to confirm it.

Q2
I checked the Table 5-5: Environmental Testing at the 5.3 Environmental and Mechanical Screening in the module datasheet.
Could you please tell us about the operating temperature test results more?
